Helping communities develop student leaders in a student centered, community-based, youth development process focused on regional economic mobility. Students develop a journey map from middle school through living wage good job as a set of community design requirements to SEE, EMPOWER, and SUPPORT all students to produce more equitable college and workforce outcomes. The journey map helps community leaders rally on strategy and technology based on student voice. Students work with an artist in residence to use the design requirements to also produce a community soundtrack for economic mobility.
